Working with Michelle Maddox was an absolute dream. She was of course incredibly knowledgable about the real estate in the area, but there are so many intangibles that went above and beyond normal realtor-client relationships. It took us many months to find the right home and Michelle never lost patience with us. She repeatedly offered to do whatever we needed since we were out of town buyers. She’d walk through homes for us, FaceTime if possible, take pics and even come back at different times of the day so we could hear traffic noise, take measurements or just see the home in a different light. Her communicaion skills are amazing, her response time is unbelievably quick and her advice about properties was very spot on. Even after we found our place and the sale closed, she is still offering to help us in any way she can. Even the simplest follow up questions are met with genuine care and she acts on it. I trust her completely and I would refer her to others in a heartbeat. She’s a true gem of a human and a solid professional.
Our realtor with the MoJo team was Stephanie Janower and she did a FANTASTIC job! We began working with her in April, 2025 after a brief visit to Scottsdale. Over the next 7+ months, she continuously sent us homes to consider and had numerous calls to discuss what we saw and what we liked and did not. Through this time we were able to refine the type of home we would like and the areas we would consider. During our first visit to Scottsdale in November, 2025 Stephanie lined up 34+ homes for us to see over 5 days (with a few days to catch our breath in between). Each day we reviewed what we liked and did not and we kept zeroing in on areas, communities and what type of home we would love. Stephanie was able to add homes as we saw listings that were not previously planned which is no small feat! In the end we selected a property we absolutely love! She helped in the negotiations, inspections, communication with the owners and sellers realtor and all went very smoothly. Stephanie is hard working, flexible, listened well, and gave guidance not advice nor opinion (unless we asked!). Stephanie knows the Scottsdale area well and is very well known and connected within the community. Stephanie has a great personality and my wife and her hit it off immediately which was important for easy, open and honest communication. In the end, we could not have imagined a more positive buying experience! Would highly recommend Stephanie and the MoJo Team!

Morgan and his team are the best in the business! He personally carried us through a year long home hunting and purchasing experience with grace and style!
