Both of my dogs have been going here for over a year. They started with grooming and recently tried out the Large Dog Lounge. We are very happy with the services and how easy it is to get questions answered. My 2 large dogs each had a brush out and nail trim today. They got to hang out in the daycare while they waited for their turn. My dogs have the biggest smiles when they are there. Highly recommend!
Cannot say enough good things about The Neon Dragon! Both services, grooming and large dog lounge daycare are amazing! My boys who are 2 and 10, have never been SO happy to go somewhere! Everyone who works there is SO friendly, accommodating and professional! I personally LOVE the updates that they send me when "Big Milo" is having sleepovers/boarding. They make me so happy, just knowing that he is well loved means so much to me!
My newly adopted dog, Mugs, was very well taken care of this afternoon. He came back smelling nice, feeling soft, and happy. I like how the groomers listened to his discomfort with claw clipping (front paws), and assured me that my dog can be booked with a better suited groomer for his needs next time. I'll definitely be coming back to this establishment. Thank you!
Benji has always been groomed well and enjoys seeing the staff every time he visits. They treat him like the special little guy he is!
We were in today for nail trims for our pups and had a really great experience. A handful of our friends go here and all swear it's the best in the city. My pups both get pretty excited and I could hear the staff talking to them very kindly to calm them and they both came out much calmer than they went in. We'll definitely be back and I would highly recommend them. The prices were about the same as other places we've been. Parking was very handy. They do walk-in's which helped us a lot after the groomer we had been seeing at Best West just decided to leave early for the day and missed our appointment. We're excited to come back and try some more services!
