We absolutely loved working with Arianna and Deeana. They both were so supportive and knowledgeable. We never felt any pressure and Arianna and Deeana took away all the stress of home buying. My husband and I were first time home buyers so we needed a lot of guidance and I’m so incredibly thankful we had these two superstars in our corner. When we found the home we knew was meant for us, Arianna worked quickly and diligently to put in our offer and because of her expertise, our offer came out on top. I cannot recommend her enough. The Nickley group overall is amazing to work with as well. Did you know they have a moving truck for their clients to use free of charge?! They also can provide packing supplies! They also hold events for their current and past clients as well. I was able to meet our loan officer right there in their office as well. When you work with there Nickely group, it’s like you have a supportive family to help guide you. I absolutely would use them for any real estate needs we may have in the future! 10/10 experience!

When we retired our dream was to move to Florida. We found a home 3-bed 2-bath with pool. A palm tree in the front yard. Perfect so we thought. However upon arriving in Florida and driving to the house we were unbelievably disappointed. The photos of the home were far from what we were looking at. Very deceiving. Thank God for Tiss Morrell. She put us at ease being able to have our $5,000.00 deposit returned. And after looking at many homes that she offered us we were able to select one that had multiple bids. We really loved this house so, she suggested myself wife write a letter to the seller. With the help of that letter we were successful in the purchasing.
