Went in to get a battery replacement on my laptop, the staff were very professional and were very good at explaining all my options to me and I felt very informed about the process. When they were replacing the battery they also offered me a discounted service on the laptop as they noticed it needed doing which was very good - they also offered a student discount which was greatly appreciated. The replacement and service was a fair price and the laptop is running better than I can honestly ever remember. I would highly advise going here
Great shop, fixed my laptop in one day even though they needed a specialty screen. Friendly service and student discount. Couldn’t be happier and was loads cheaper than other places!
Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! I came in with a broken phone i needed to recover data from - they immediately provided a range of solutions to choose from and had it all sorted hassle-free the next day. Highly recommend! Thank you for your help 🌟
Great place with very helpful people. Had broken the screen of my MacBook Pro and they not only fixed it for £200 cheaper than apple, but also offered a six month warranty for any possible further damages. Not to mention that they fixed it within 2 days as opposed to apples 8 day offer.
Great service! They replaced my phone battery again under warranty with no hassle. The service was fast and professional, and everything was sorted quickly. Really happy with how smooth the whole process was. Would definitely recommend this place thank you so much.
