I started pilates with Kris 8 years ago to help with my golf swing/mobility and it has been the best investment. Not only has it helped with my rotation but it's keeping my knees and hips healthy so I can keep golfing til I'm 80.
I’m an 81 yr old client of Kris. She always is aware of my needs and abilities. I have grown physically because of her classes. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and muscular coordination. I would recommend everyone regardless of age or ability.
Classes are small, so lots of Individualized attention, and Kris is both knowledgeable and intuitive. I’ve had great results and lots of fun in the process. Highly recommend!
