Started at the pilates space a year ago going once a week, now so obsessed I do a minimum of 5 classes a week. The instructors are lovely, supportive and knowledgeable and the studios have a lovely vibe. There’s a great mix of different classes, with flexibility to go 7 days a week in the morning or afternoon. Couldn’t recommend more!
I have been attending Pilates classes now at The Pilates Space, The Junction for some time - 85 classes now attended. All instructors have excellent knowledge & personalities, & provide fantastic coaching, to ensure you complete each exercise correctly, so you get the full benefit of the exercise, & the fun yet challenging class. They encourage you to “listen to your body”, so you don’t overdo it if you find it too challenging. The facility is always clean, & the reformer beds cleaned after each class. If you haven’t already, I can recommend you call in & book a class, to find out for yourself.

A stunning studio with amazing instructors. I have never managed to continuously workout until I started Pilates at The Pilates Space . With the supporting instructors (and great music), I have stayed motivated to keep on coming. Seeing my body improve, the aches and pain go away has been a lovely side effect.
