The Pillar Yoga & Wellness is truly a special place. I’ve been to many different yoga studios in FW, and this one really stands out! Rachael has created a safe space where all are welcome to heal, grow, and connect with themselves and others. Every time I take a class, I leave feeling restored and connected to myself in such a beautiful way. I can’t recommend The Pillar enough!!!
I have been a member of The Pillar for over a year now, through yoga, coaching, and attending the sacred circles, I have found a relief from debilitating anxiety & depression and have gained life changing tools to regulate my nervous system and stay connected and grounded to myself. Absolutely adore this community.
I love going to classes at The Pillar! Rachael has created such a safe container for inner work. Every event I have attended there has felt warm and welcoming. It's a great place to do yoga or attend other wellness activities. Highly recommend!
Highly Recommend!!! I felt so welcomed walking into The Pillar Yoga class—the space itself is calming and inviting, which set the tone right away. I appreciated how gentle and restorative the class was. The pace was perfect, and I left feeling relaxed, supported, and completely at ease.
