Pipe burst and flooded my bathroom. Had to shut off the water to the whole house. Called them in the morning and by noon Khalil and company came to assess and repair it. Honest work at a good price, highly recommend them!
We had a plumbing emergency just a few days before Christmas. We called the plumbing officials and originally they said they might be able to get someone out in the afternoon. A little while later, they called back and said a plumber was on his way, which was awesome news. Our plumber‘s name Is Khalil and he was wonderful! Our plumbing problem was not as complicated or as expensive as we feared. Khalil solved the problem quickly, and actually took care of an extra thing in one of the bathrooms. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and very kind. We really appreciated the excellent service and the reasonable price. highly recommend this plumber!
Edited to add: Joe was on the phone and at my house making things right before lunch! He acknowledged that my calls had simply fallen through the cracks and he was going to do whatever it took to correct my disappointment. How great is that! We all make mistakes, but very few accept responsibility. I appreciate the honesty/ character and look forward to recommending their services!!! Charged $195 to turn up the thermostat on my water heater. Chalked it up to education. Charged $500 to snake a drain. Chalked it up to post-COVID “crazyflation.” Nice guys so asked them to install outdoor shower before patio is laid. They told me to call two weeks prior to installation. I’ve called three times, have spoken to a lovely person each time, yet have never received a return call. Patio being installed tomorrow. Too late for shower. If you didn’t want the job you should’ve just said so. Shame on you.
I've reached out to The Plumbing Officials twice now, and had a great experience both times. The first time was over the winter, and the plumber (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was so helpful and was able to recommend an easy fix that didn't require their support. That really stuck with me. I appreciate a company that puts the customer first like that. Fast forward to this weekend when I had a significant issue with my shower. Joe showed up exactly when they said he would, and was very patient with me in talking through various options to fix the situation. They did a great job, and I was very grateful to be able to have a hot shower this morning.
Joe and Zack quickly took care of my plumbing issues (within 3 days of calling for a non-emergency situation) at a fair price and expert execution. Highly recommend. Clearly very knowledgeable and shared some possible improvements I might make if they are useful to me without feeling like I was being pressured.
