I was a first time home buyer, looking for a condo, alone, scared. I met with an agent who contacted me about a place, so I started looking at places with him. An agent is an agent, right? WRONG! That agent just wanted me to buy something, anything. I decided to look around online and I gave the Ramos team a call. I was blessed with JERRY. He told me not to buy a place we saw...and, at that moment, I knew he was the one! lol (he just got married, so I hope his wife gets a kick out of this). Anyway, he was reliable, honest, punctual, he responded to all of my texts. I had no idea what condo life was like, so I had a tun of stupid questions. He even walked me into the parking spot, locker and management office. He reminded me to sign up for hydro (I was so stressed, I needed that!) He did an amazing job, all while planning a wedding. He's a great agent and, more importantly, he's a great person. He went above and beyond, even helping me after the purchase was done. If I buy another place, I'll definitely call Jerry. You should too.
