Called two times on two separate occasions to make sure the package I was booking for entailed and scheduled the appointment. When we arrived we were scheduled for a “different service” then what I was anticipating from previous phone calls. I was told to bring a swim suit or dress as we were comfortable for the cold plunge that was not actually booked. We were given a discount on a service we did not end up completing due to incorrect scheduling on the receptionist part. We chose NOT to “come back later” because I’m a mother of 2 small children who had to pay a baby sitter for a birthday “pampering” Unfortunately will not be returning. I suggest everyone goes to ten thousand waves or ojo caliente for a BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH PEOPLE WHO TAKE THEIR JOB AND THE MONEY YOUR GIVING SERIOUSLY. THANK YOU FOR THE HORRIBLE RESPONCE FROM THE OWNER. Better luck this facilitator in the future
In 2025, I celebrated my bachelorette party at Albuquerque's salt cave, where the staff's warm hospitality made us feel at ease. April, the owner, was exceptionally friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If you're in Albuquerque, I recommend giving it a try. 10 out of 10.
12/10 no notes! This was my first time experiencing the salt cave and I will 100% be back. I did the day pass and started in the infrared sauna, detoxed my feet and ended in the salt room. It was so clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved my experience and so happy they could accommodate my last minute reservation. This was such a unique experience and I can’t wait to come back and try their cold plunge.
I definitely recommend Salt Cave to everyone! What a fantastic, unique establishment! The facility is spotless, welcoming, and beautiful. April, the owner, is such a gem. The therapeutic benefit of breathing salt air is extensive. I went there to boost my overall airway & circulatory systems. I booked a private room (session), and the space was inviting and meditative throughout, and the private room feels especially calming. You sit and relax in a comfortable chair and breathe healing salt air. I immediately felt the salt effects when my sinuses and lungs started clearing. Overall, the Salt Cave is an amazing place that "may" offer some heaIth benefits. I had the best calming experience at The Salt Cave, Albuquerque, and definitely will be returning.
I went to the salt cave with two of my friends. It was a fantastic experience for all of us. We started with the salt room. It was quiet and restorative. I could taste the salt after a few minutes. We toured the rest of the place, and it is amazing. They have a private salt room, a beamer room which is good for circulation, a foot detox, a red light sauna booth, and the upcoming feature is a full body scrub room. The service was outstanding, and I left feeling wonderful and with a crystal water bottle.
