Hello, I just wanted to let you know that the entire experience , from the moment I set foot in the Towson Sofa Store through the delivery of the sofa and recliner, was one of the best experiences I’ve had when buying furniture. From the no pressure to buy— to a perfect recommendation to meet our needs— to scheduling a delivery that was convenient— to the delivery men’s cleanliness, care and no nonsense installation of the furniture—it was an exceptional experience! Christie was great. Didn’t try to push a sale. Very helpful. Our sofa arrived 4-5 weeks early! Totally in love with our purchase.
Keith was fantastic. Very attentive, informative, and thorough. He helped me find a sofa that fit my price range, was comfortable, and fit my sizing requirements. He thoroughly inspected the furniture before completing the sale and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
