The staging company is wonderful! I had a listing that had been on the market for months before using them. Put it fresh on the market with their beautiful staging & photos and had A LOT of traffic and went under contract in less than 2 weeks. They made the home really stand out! I know if we did not stage, we would still be on the market. It was so easy to pay, as well. The payment came out of the closing costs at closing. They were professional & made it all easy. I recently used The Staging Company for two of my listings, and they did an incredible job on both. One was a large newer home where buyers struggled to visualize how to use the space, especially the oversized living room. The other was an older home that needed updates the sellers didn’t want to take on, so staging was the best option. The Staging Company knocked it out of the park. Both homes looked fantastic and showed beautifully. Their customer service was top notch, the design team was easy to work with and fast, and their pricing was better than anyone else I contacted. We all know staging makes a home look better. However, the job the staging Company did was excellent. You can tell they really know what they’re doing, and I’ll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to my clients.
The Staging Company put together a beautiful presentation of my house that immoderately got 3 showings in 3 days after it when alive on MLS. They are professional and went extra miles to accommodate changes that were not on the original scope of work so we can achieve the best results.
