Absolutely outstanding service! Julio from The Sydney Event Company was incredible from start to finish. His communication throughout the entire process was clear, fast, and reassuring, which made planning so much easier. We had a last-minute change that required a very short bump-in time, and Julio pivoted effortlessly to accommodate us. He set everything up unbelievably quickly, and the pricing was so affordable that it freed up budget for extra entertainment. I’m extremely grateful for the professionalism and flexibility. We’ll definitely be using The Sydney Event Company again in the future!
It was a last minute booking due to rain forecast, I had called many companies looking for a gazebo., all booked out or didn’t return my call. Julio was AMAZING! He was still texting at 7.30pm way after business hours to help me out! My stress levels were high and he saved me. The delivery and pickup were seamless with great communication. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, Julio went above and beyond!

I would highly recommend The Sydney Event Hire Company. We had them put up a 4x9 structured marquee in our backyard, weighted, on concrete, with white walls plus flooring & cool lights; for the sleepover part; as well as a 6x6 Pop up marquee with lighting. We hired gas & electric heaters from them as well. We really want to thank Julio & Otto for coming out in the pouring rain to make sure these were up & ready for our daughter’s sweet 16th bday party with family & friends on Sat 23 August 2025. Excellent customer service; very professional, flexible & reliable. Very competitive rates. We will use them again for future events. Thank you so much for helping to make our baby’s milestone birthday, a memorable one xoxo
