I’ve been going to the treatment room for years for my waxes, and have had pedicures, manicures and eyelash extensions done here also. Highly recommend all the services!
Would give 6 stars if I could! Nicola is amazing - listened to everything I wanted and the final outcome was perfect. Won’t go anywhere else for brows. Highly recommend xx
Had a beautiful eyebrow tint and wax (best shape and colour ever). Needed to contact them about something afterward and they were super responsive, informative and have given good advice on a treatment that may suit me a bit better next time. I thought the ladies that worked here were really lovely, but particularly impressed with their response to my follow-up query.
I was purchased a gift voucher for The Treatment Room so I booked a facial & bio sculpture gels. I would give 5 stars for the facial, if was absolutely perfect, excellent service & my skin felt brand new afterwards. The manicure, however, was pretty poor. Two of my cuticles bled when being pulled (not cut), it was a poor & messy finish with polish on the tops of my fingers plus not my full nail was painted and it's peeling already after 9 days. I'd definitely go back for a facial but not nails. I did mention it at the time but also felt awkward as I was paying with a voucher, I might have spoken up a bit more if I was paying myself.
I was at the salon on Saturday for a gel pedicure and manicure. I was welcomed in a nice atmosphere, but the end result was not good at all. I wrote a complaint to the head of the salon and asked for a full refund because I was served by a person with little experience without being informed about it in advance 😧 The head of the salon agreed with me that the quality of the services was not enough good and she offered me a repair visit. Unfortunately, this solution does not suit me because they have already abused my trust and I am going on vacation. I asked for a full refund again and got the answer that I can only get a refund for my hands because the feet are made well, which is completely absurd. I asked for a refund again and I was blocked 🚫 I am disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the owner and I do not recommend it.
