Dan is incredibly knowledgeable with stats and market trends, and he’s always available to answer any questions or address concerns in a timely manner. Extremely honest, reliable, and professional, he comes highly recommended for anyone buying or selling in the Vancouver area.
Dan is amazing! He is like a genie with Real Estate but better because you get more than 3 wishes. Buying a house is a big task and there are a lot of moving pieces, from financing to analyzing the market, going to open houses, performing inspection, reviewing strata report, negotiations, etc. Its very easy to get overwhelmed and emotional with the process. With Dan everything flows smoothly, there's a clear strategy and outlined tactics. You are not guessing, you are going through a proven process from start to end that make sure nothing is missed. He takes care of you from going with you to the open houses to helping you analyzing the strata report, negotiating with the seller and connecting you with the right experts for financing, house inspection, insurance, contractors and legal. He is also very patient and responsive, he is not one of those realtor that would pass you off because he is some big shot where you only meet in the first meeting. I highly recommend Dan as a realtor. Whether you are looking to either buy or sell your home, you want him on your side.
Cole is hands down the best realtor we could have asked for. He helped my husband and I navigate purchasing our first home, which was very daunting to us. He was patient and honest, and always accessible if we needed him. He always gave his honest opinion when we were on the fence, and the home we finally chose was by far the best. He cared more about us finding the right home than simply getting a paycheck, which was invaluable. We had some issues with the seller as we approached closing day, and he fought for us and took care of everything. He’s a great person to have in your corner. He’s knowledgeable, experienced, kind, and helpful. Should we ever decide to sell and buy a new home in future, we’ll be calling Cole.
Dan is a world class realtor. He made sure every step of our search for a home and transaction was seamless and fun!
