Every spring, my organization hosts a ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel & Suites Conference Center. The Sales and Banquets Manager, Pia Joy Hocog, is a coordinator extraodinaire, helping us get all the details - from catering selections to floorplan layouts - perfect for the event. She is very responsive and delivers top-notch customer service. Hector Lujan, our Banquet’s Captain, went above and beyond, creating a beautiful room in our organization's signature colors. His support on the day of the event not only met our needs, but exceeded our expectations. He was attentive and always available to field a request to make our guests comfortable. And the food was delicious, as always. Thank you, Sheraton Grant Road, for an exceptional experience!

Our organization's annual luncheon was terrific! The service and food were excellent. I had many comments about how good the food was. Pia Joy was attentive, easy to work with, and made sure that everything was exactly right. We will definitely be back next year!

We held our Wedding rehearsal dinner and Wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, reception and dance at The Venue and we and all 200 of our guests were so impressed! Everything was PERFECT! Pia and her staff put such great care and professionalism toward everything we hired them to do to make our big day an absolutely beautiful time! The ceremony went exactly like we hoped, largely due to the coordination between Pia and our D.J. All of our guests said the h'orsdeurves served during the cocktail hour were delicious, but not too heavy! And don't even get us started with how amazing the food at the Wedding Dinner was! Imagine you're the chef, kitchen staff or waitstaff taking care of a ballroom full of 200 guests! Every plate of food to be served has to be beautiful, perfectly cooked and HOT, whether it's the first plate out of the kitchen or the 200th. It all has to be perfect......and it was! The hotel has been recently renovated and is beautiful. The service was impeccable - everything from the front desk to room service to the myriad of service personnel that make the whole place work as a top-notch venue! If you're looking for an amazing venue for your special event, the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites deserves to be at the top of your list of places to consider! Carrie & Jorge Garcia
