Surprised by how nice the venue was given surrounding areas
I’ve hosted two large events at the Warehouse On Ivy in the last 6 months and found the staff to be easy to work with and very accommodating. The space is beautiful and unique, and offers lots of amenities including a kitchen, clean spacious restrooms, a/v equipment, chivalri chairs and black linens for a very reasonable price. Brandy and Daniel were responsive in their communications and flexible with scheduling. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is because the venue gets hot with large groups and during my birthday party in June it was almost unbearable for the first 2 hrs of the party. Other than that, the venue and my experience working with the team was great.
The staff were very welcoming. We worked with Daniel to reserve the space which is absolutely beautiful. I almost didn’t feel the need to decorate because everywhere I looked, everything was perfect from lighting to decor. In simple terms I would call it shabby - chic. It’s perfect for all occasions. The venue is affordable and I had plenty of time to set up the space for our event. The staff were also very accommodating! I highly recommend this location. I must say the huge elevator also made it so much easier to transport loads of decorations and the DJ’s equipment all in two trips. 💖💖💖💖My guests loved the venue.
Daniel is an excellent person to work with! He was very accommodating and made the process so easy. This was my first time hosting a huge event and it turned out great. My daughter had her Sweet 16 here and it was magical. Daniel helped answer any and all questions and never hesitated to let me come by to review our set up. The communication was great. We had drinks and desserts cooling the day before in the refrigerator but it was way too much. One of the owners there noticed and rearranged things so everything would be cold. Daniel let me know right away and assured me everything was fine. The ambiance at The Warehouse is second to none and even without extra decorations it’s amazing. They can provide set up according to your specifications and the sound system is great as well. My guests were stunned at the inside of the building and people ask me when they see the pictures where the venue is located. Definitely a hidden gem in the city. Thank you so much for everything!
