Almost 40 and had never had a brazilian before. But Gabriela guided me through the whole process, with kindness and patience, answering all my worries and misconceptions. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, precise yet quick and very clean. I am so glad I found her and am very happy with my new look and feel (so is my husband). I've been going to see Gabriella for the better part of 9 months and all I can do is sing her praises. She is professional, efficient, and always kind and understanding. She knows what she's doing, and her waxes are the least painful I've ever experienced. I was under the impression waxes would always be incredibly painful, but with Gabriella, I was shocked when they were nothing but a quick and mild pain. When I first read her reviews, I was skeptical, but I'm shocked at the difference in pain between her and other waxers I've been to. She takes care to ensure you're comfortable, her space is clean and calm, and I've grown pretty fond of chatting with her during my appointments. I never thought I'd be belly laughing while getting waxed. Honestly, I'm over the moon every time I leave. Don't hesitate, she's amazing (but also, don't take my appointments!).
The service was amazing, she greeted me with a smile and answered every single question that I had. It was my first time getting a Brazilian and she made it very comfortable and fast. There was little to no pain and the results are incredible!
