I booked an appointment for the first time and had the pleasure of being serviced by Karen. The experience was top tier from beginning to end. I got the brazilian, vajacial, underarm and eyebrow wax. Karen was friendly, knowledgeable, personable and compassionate. The music was relaxing and her work space was very aesthetic, clean and intimate.10/10, Highly Recommend.🥰
This was my first time here and I received a Brazilian and vajacial, and Karen made the experience amazing. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Everything was clean, quick, and explained clearly. I left feeling smooth and refreshed. Highly recommend Karen
I had an appointment with Karen and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. As a first-time guest, the environment felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable and not confident in my waxer. The service also felt rushed, which added to that feeling. After reading so many positive reviews and hearing good things from other women, I had high expectations, but I left feeling like my money was wasted. There was a noticeable amount of hair left behind, along with ingrowns that could have been extracted. I specifically asked about this after the appointment to make sure everything that could be addressed was taken care of, but once I got home, I ended up doing myself what could have easily been done during the service. I’ve had much better results elsewhere. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and that the service was not worth the cost. I will not be returning. Honestly would like a refund.
Bree was GREATTT!! for a first time client, i was thoroughly impressed but the beautiful aesthetics, the future deals (& the deals you receive before booking) & quick chat of getting to know one another! I will for sure come back and now have a home for my waxes! i was also able to bring my son in to wait while i got my self-care card on 😆 very convenient! check it out yourselffff
I enjoyed my service today with Bree! She was very welcoming and treated me as if I were a long time home girl! lol. I enjoyed the fact that my wax didn’t hurt (which it should have being that it’s been awhile) however the wax she uses and the gentleness of her pull is chefs kiss! I will definitely be back! Thanks Bree!
