We can't thank Chris enough for bringing our wedding vision to life so perfectly. From finding the ideal venue to curating incredible food and crafting all the little details that made the day feel truly us, everything was executed flawlessly. He was an absolute joy to work with, professional, organised, and always calm. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly that we were able to just relax and enjoy every moment, knowing it was all in great hands. If you're looking for someone who really listens, understands your vision, and then goes above and beyond to make it happen, Chris is the one. Highly recommend!
We worked with Chris and team for our wedding in Shoreditch Studios. We wanted something bespoke that represented both sides of the family and so were relying on someone that had the expertise to help us plan. Chris was fantastic throughout the process, offering cogent and helpful advice across the board, from logistics to creative, made sure we had no hidden budget costs and really took a lot of stress out of the planning for us. The day itself was fantastic - the setup was even better than we expected, and everything ran incredibly smoothly thanks to him and the fantastic team. Couldn't recommend his services highly enough.
My husband and I got married in April and could not recommend highly enough to service provided by the Wedding Arrangers! From our first contact, Chris and Emma were incredibly helpful and completely put us at ease. Initially, we have a conversation about what our vibes were for the day and from there, their expertise guided and advised us without ever taking away from what we wanted - the whole experience was very bespoke and we didn't have to compromise on anything we wanted. In the months leading up to our wedding communication was constant and responsive, we always felt we were in good hands and that everything was under control behind the scenes which took a huge load off of us! Our wedding day took place over 2 venues, both of which were perfectly organised and managed by the Wedding Arrangers, all of the staff were exceptional and everything ran perfectly throughout the day across both venues. On top of the logistical organisation, The Wedding Arrangers also ran our bar and provided the wine for our wedding breakfast. We had a wine tasting with Chris leading up to the wedding and he was such fantastic. In advance, he asked us about our wine preferences and just absolutely smashed it with the wines he brought along for tasting - we had so many compliments on the wine we served on the day and felt so listened to by Chris with the wines we wanted (even though they weren't the most usual wines served at a wedding!). We had the absolute best day and we just would not have been able to achieve it had we not had the help of The Wedding Arrangers - thank you guys!! x
Emma and Chris and the team were utterly brilliant! Emma made the whole wedding so special, every time I freaked out, just speaking to her clamed me down, she is so brilliantly organized and like the best friend you didn't know you needed just sorting stuff in the background. Our wedding looked amazing, every detail was made to ensure our guests had the best time and more importantly, we felt like special guests at our wedding because the team just made it all happen! If you want to feel stress free on your day - you need these guys! Trust me!
My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. We hit the ground running but realised the dry hire route that we wanted required professional guidance. Along came the Wedding Arrangers. From the initial meet-up with Chris and Emma, they instilled calm and excitement in us that the wedding we were after was possible even with our narrow time frame. Their extensive network of caterers, drink offerings, room decorations and music options brought to life the day we had envisaged but thought improbable. The food and drink throughout the day was beautiful and has had people raving about since. The on the day organisation was fantastic. At all points was either Chris or Emma close by to ensure the day flowed smoothly and all pressure was removed from us. It was our special day and we honestly wouldn't change any of it.
