I absolutely love this studio. The people are so kind, the instructors are incredibly sweet and genuinely care about you. I have never enjoyed exercise but I look forward to my classes at The Well every day. The studio is beautiful, clean, and always smells so good. Highly recommend!
I can’t speak highly enough about this place. I walked into hot pilates after being burned out from the gym and I found my home. The instructors are so so good and the owner is so kind. Lexi is so uplifting and created this space so we could have a community of like minds. I have met so many friends here!! I feel like my body is starting to transform already. If you’re looking for a reason to come, this is your reason. show up for yourself!!!
I am so thankful for this space! The atmosphere is very welcoming. The space is also very clean and beautiful!! I love the wide range of class types and also the class times! All the instructors are very encouraging! I love Hannah, Rowan, and Tamara! In such a short time, I can already tell a difference in my posture and overall strength.
I am new Pilates and I must say I’m so happy I tried hot Pilates. It forces you to slow down and breathe. Just reflecting 3 reasons why Pilates feels good, I’d have to say it clears my mind of any negative energy or thoughts, it feels loving to my soul, and sets peace within my body. As an avid gym goer, I’ve never felt the way I do with Pilates. 10/10 recommend!
I cannot say enough great things about this Pilates studios from the moment I walked in. I felt welcome supported and inspires the space is bright,clean and beautifully designed instantly putting you at ease and ready to focus on your practice. The instructors are truly exceptional, knowledgeable, attentive, and deeply passionate about what they do they take time to correct form order offer modifications challenge. You just enough to push your limit safely whether you’re a complete beginner or experience Pilates and yoga lover this classes are thoughtfully, structured, and incredibly effective what sets the studio apart is the sense of community it’s not just about the workout. It’s about the wellness connection and showing up for yourself. I see a noticeable improvement in my strength, posture, flexibility, and I look forward to getting better with every class.
