The massages with Jurgita are wonderful - she is highly skilled and enthusiastic about her work. The environment is lovely and it's great value for money. I have had a range of different treatments and been very happy with all of them.
Started Pilates classes. The facilities are excellent. The tutor, was very easy to follow and took us carefuly through all the exercises correcting us as needed. Heartily recommend
I had a Kabido facial massage with Jurgita today and I would highly recommend , I felt at ease with Jurgita instantly and was offered a lovely glass of lemon infused water on arrival the premises and treatment room is immaculate and well equipped. What a wonderful treatment I can’t quite describe it in words it was a whole other level of relaxation and one I can’t wait to experience again. My face is glowing and I feel like all the tension has left my body oh and I nearly forgot to mention the banana bread to accompany the lemon infused water was a lovely treat a million thankyous. See you again very soon
I recently completed an eight-week mindfulness course, and it was genuinely life-changing. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Julie is an incredible teacher—her guidance made all the difference.
This is a lovely place to go. I attended Julie's seated meditation class. Julie is a great teacher and explains everything your doing. Do visit here they have pilates and yoga also. Very welcoming place to go on your own. Elizabeth X
