When it comes to either buying or selling, hold your hand I process basically. Also with all their statistics and research they make sure the choices you make are always the right one for you. On this journey you have a mission, but for them, you're the mission. Doing everything in their power to help you achieve your goals and assisting you in every step of the way.
Kim and her team helped me to purchase a home as well as sell my existing home, and they were great. Kim always made herself available whenever I wanted to view a home, and when I found a place I loved and wanted to pursue, she explained the contract in detail so that I understood it completely. She then accompanied me through the inspection process and recommended several lenders if I wanted to pursue a mortgage. I never felt alone in the process. When it came to the sale of my existing home, again, she thoroughly explained all of the paperwork, arranged for a stager who recommended certain furniture placement, then scheduled a professional photographer to take photos for online viewing. She suggested an open house, and the signs in the neighborhood were better than any I’ve seen by any other agent. They were everywhere and very noticeable. As expected, we had a great turnout that day. My house sold in 2 days. I have recommended Kim to several friends and family members, and she was the same with all of them. I can’t recommend her and her team enough. Definitely 5 Stars!
Working with Kim and her team was great. She helped us identify contractors to paint and replace carpets getting the house ready for the market. Our house sold quickly and we were happy with the sale price.
