I recently started 1:1 private training with Victor in Miami, and the experience has genuinely been amazing. From day one, he’s been incredibly detailed and attentive, always checking in on my weekly goals, nutrition, sleep, and even my stress levels. What I appreciate the most is how knowledgeable he is—not just with training, but with nutrition and overall lifestyle habits. The X House and their trainers are the real deal! I’ve been working with my trainer Derek for almost two years now. Derek has been amazing and works with me reaching my goals and works around my worn out and broken veteran body. I am 54 235 lbs back & knee problems. I have the pleasure of working with Mike and I can confidently say that he is one of the most detail-oriented and dedicated trainers. I couldn’t even go into the gym area until I answered health questions, he tested my blood pressure, and explained things to me. The X House has excellent personal trainers. I recommend Madison Koza. She is an incredible weight trainer who brings expertise, energy, and inspiration to every session, making fitness both effective and enjoyable. She is thoughtful and patient, always ensuring proper form and progress at the right pace. Her technical expertise makes workouts safe and effective, while her dedication keeps clients motivated. Madison is also fun and uplifting, making every session both challenging and enjoyable. I have been working out at The X House for the past three weeks and I absolutely love it. I have not missed a class ever since I started. We have the best group of people and most importantly the best coaches to guide you in every workout.
