Outstanding service from start to finish. Communication was excellent from all touch points. I initially purchased the wrong unit myself, but the team quickly pointed out that it was too powerful for the space and unnecessary. They guided me to a more suitable option and, impressively, returned the same day with the correct unit for installation. Their advice saved me $700 upfront and likely a lot more in energy costs down the line. Their professionalism, honesty and efficiency really stood out. It’s easy to see why they have so many five-star reviews. Highly recommended. Thank you again !!
I had a fantastic experience with all of the Thermal Active Team. I had a cost estimate in my email within an hour of calling. Graham did a site visit two days later and confirmed the specifics and a revised quote was sent to me that day. The new evaporative cooler was ordered and I was called and booked in to have it installed. The install was within two weeks of my original call. The install team were on time, efficient, friendly and they took away all of the old hardware. My experience was exactly what I hoped for but these days rarely receive. I don’t often do reviews but this team deserve the 5 stars.
What a fantastic and professional business!!! Use Thermal Active if you want expert advice, excellent communication, great air conditioners at a very reasonable price, no hidden costs and an excellent team to work with!! I could not have asked for better. All the things you hope for when having work done in your home (but rarely get). Graham offered detailed expert advice for a difficult installation. Kim and the administrative staff were extremely responsive and well-organized. The installation team arrived on time and were extremely efficient. Kym, Jamie and John did a wonderful job and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the position of both the indoor and outdoor units. Kym also demonstrated the use of the remote control, (which hardly ever happens when appliances are installed), and it was much appreciated. Abbie, the electrician, went over and above expectations and worked in the rain to get the job finished. They obviously take pride in their work and did a very thorough job. What a great team and thank you so much!!
The team at Thermal Active were fantastic to work with from start to finish. We received a prompt and thoughtful quote from Graham, who listened to our concerns and needs when replacing our old gas system, and came up with a solution that worked with our tricky layout. The team was then patient and helpful in providing information to support our body corporate application. Rob and the installation team did a quality job - got it done in the day, were neat and tidy, and checked in regularly to ensure various choices worked for us. I would recommend Thermal Active to anyone.
I used Thermal Active for installation of a Split System Air Conditioner. From the first phone call to the finish of the actual install they were amazing. Graeme was very helpful and knowledgeable with his advice at the initial consult. Kim and Jamie were very thorough, respectful and polite. The install of the internal unit was very efficient and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the position of the outdoor unit. Adam the electrician and crew, Marcel and Cody, did an exceptional job with a difficult install of the electrics and came up with a very neat solution. Thank you all! The unit itself is very quiet and so far has met all our expectations. :D
