Honestly one of the best doctor appointments I’ve had. Dr. Chin and his entire staff were amazing. Very friendly, great personality, accommodating plus a very nice office. This was my first eye exam and it was very detailed. I really wasn’t sure what to expect and how much goes into it. He explained everything very thoroughly about what was going on with my eyes and gave me a few options so I could decide what I wanted to do, no pressure whatsoever. Also a very easy process to pick out the frames and purchase everything on site. Will definitely be back to see Dr. Chin and his staff for all of my future eye care needs.
Absolutely loved coming here! Dr.Chin really took his time to explain everything and was so intentional from start to finish. This was honestly to most pleasant experience I've ever had with my eye exam- highly recommend.
I had previously consulted another eye doctor since October due to issues with my lens prescription. I contacted Dr. Chin's office, explained my situation, and he accommodated me at the last minute. I expressed my concerns, and he took his time to address them. He created test glasses to demonstrate the improvement in my vision. Dr. Chin listened attentively and did not dismiss my concerns. I left satisfied, knowing that my next pair of glasses would correct my blurry vision and headaches. Dr. Chin and his staff are exceptional, courteous, and kind. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends.
I’ve worn glasses since childhood, and this was one of the most thorough and helpful eye exams I’ve had — Dr. Chin was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and actually built trial lenses so I could experience and compare prescriptions in real time. That approach made it much easier to understand what I was seeing and choose what worked best. They were on time, used modern imaging technology (no dilation needed), and I ended up buying glasses because their frame selection was excellent.
