Thrive STL - Personal Training & Coaching es un estudio de fitness centrado en resultados ubicado en University City en 8123 Delmar Blvd. El equipo de entrenadores profesionales personaliza los entrenamientos según el movimiento diario, vigila la técnica y actualiza los programas cada 6 semanas. Se ofrecen bootcamps, y las sesiones rotan entre entrenadores en un ambiente amigable y de apoyo, ayudando a clientes de todas las edades a desarrollar fuerza y confianza.

I can’t express how great Thrive is. All the coaches are fantastic, challenging, encouraging and just fun to be around. I had very little experience with strength training before Thrive. They really personalize your workouts - meet you where you are and build from there. I am so happy with my progress, how much stronger I am - completely worth it!
This training gym is a perfect fit for me. All of the trainers are well educated and know their craft. They watch your form to optimize your workout, and give input when needed. The atmosphere is professional as well as friendly. The trainers revise your workout every 6 weeks. Workouts are geared to movement used in daily life. I’m very pleased with my results. I look forward to my workouts. Bootcamp is another offering. I participate in bootcamps and though difficult I enjoy the camaraderie. Building strength and friendships. Win win 🏆
If you want to achieve your fitness goals no matter your age Thrive is the gym for you. Trainers are excellent and your workout is designed especially for you. It is a fun, supportive workout experience. I highly recommend.
I started at Thrive six weeks ago and from the very first time I walked it it felt like home. The staff members (Taylor, Gaby, Leah, Brett, Jay, Becks and Debby’s) are smiling and welcoming every time I show up. Each one of them has been encouraging through every workout. I’ve seen phenomenal success and improvement in my physical and mental health, which is a direct result of the dedicated trainers and their gentle but firm encouragement (which I fight - with love - every step of the way 😂). I can’t wait for my next workout.
Great trainers, great environment!! I like that my personalized training program changes every 6 weeks based on an updated assessment and discussion. I also like that we rotate between trainers. Every one of them are great to work with! Highly recommend Thrive StL! 👍
