I do Zoom sessions with Amy since I live quite a distance from her office, and that works for me very well. She is most a personable and easy to talk to. Although I am a new client, we are already on a path forward in my treatment I believe will be most helpful. I am very pleased with my treatment with Amy.
Bait and switch. Called billing on 6/28 to verify our insurance was accepted by this company. I was told eligibility was confirmed and appointment was scheduled for this past Tuesday 7/2. Today I was called and told that I needed a referral. Ok no problem. Then I was called again and told that they were not in network with our insurance and they auto drafted $200 from me for their mistake. I would have gone somewhere else if they didn't accept our insurance. Great way to take advantage of a grieving family. Horrible business practice.
Thriveworks as a practice is great. They’re very prompt with scheduling and correcting or explaining any challenges you may have. My therapist Geraldine Hickerman is phenomenal! I am so glad I was referred to this practice and paired with my therapist. It’s as if they knew just who and what I needed.
I had the pleasure of working alongside Diana Reyes for several years and she is truly one of the best therapists I know. Not only does she have an extensive knowledge of helpful evidence-based practices, but she also cares deeply for each and every client she serves. She has a gift for making her clients feel seen, heard, understood, and validated. I have modeled several of my interactions with my current clients after her compassionate, nonjudgmental approach.
