We worked with TidyUp Cleaning for a move-out cleaning. They did an absolutely phenomenal job! The communication and planning were excellent, and the house looked incredible after the cleaning. The price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend for move-out cleaning services!
The crew that came, worked their butts off on the move in clean I requested, there was a lot to be done, and there were some spots that I’m sure took them quite awhile. A couple things were missed, but they were really very minor, and I really appreciated the time and effort they put into the tough cleaning spots in our new home. The person that lived here before, I could tell, didn’t clean. So what this crew did, I was so grateful for. I would definitely use TidyUp again if I ever need a good clean! They are very responsive, committed to their craft, they wanted my feedback, and I feel they valued my time. They even offered to come back the next day to do the minor things I mentioned, which I could handle myself, but the fact that they offered to make it 100% right, tells me they really value their customers and their reputation. Definitely would recommend!
Very professional. Excellent communication. They know what they’re doing they have protocols, But you can customize according to your needs. Reasonable price considering Premium service. I had an apartment Move out/clean out/Deep clean. It was hard to find cleaners last minute. I did my research and they were Highly rated & available last minute. I was able to book and customize My move out service in less than 24 hours. They did everything to make it work My apartment looked like a model show room by the time Jessica was done. Jessica went above and beyond, worked for 5+ hours and left the place Spanking clean, Gleaming and smelling beautiful. As Jessica was finishing, I had to do the walk-through with my building manager and the first thing she said was smells beautiful, looks gorgeous. Perfectly ready for someone to move in. I would love to have an apartment Smelling so good & this clean to move into. I highly recommend the service. They are very professional. They have been in the business a long time, Very organized And trust worthy! :-)
Awesome cleaners! The floors, bathrooms, cabinets, etc look spotless! They even went out of their way to move a bedset so they could fully shampoo the carpet! Highly recommend!!
