We had a leaking drain pipe on our basement and a Plummer named Ryan McDonald was the one who came and fix it and he did a excellent job. He was very nice, polite and professional, I will always use tiger plumbing service when needed from now on. I would highly recommend tiger plumbing to anyone who need a plumbing service.
Had Tiger Plumbing out to our place on Breithaupt St after a sudden leak, and the whole experience was pretty smooth. Even though it was one of those cold Ontario mornings, the plumber showed up right on time, took his boots off at the door, and walked me through what the issue was before starting anything. He worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and I appreciated that there was no upselling—just a clear explanation and a fair price. The office was easy to reach when booking, and parking on the street was straightforward, which helped things move along quickly. Everything’s been working perfectly since, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if something else comes up.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Leah when coordinating service and the 3 service techs who came to my home were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to the community, they’re great. I had a problem with my homes main shut-off valve and I wasn’t charged for that visit even though I was at fault for the inability to have the scheduled work performed. Thank you guys!
I had an excellent experience with Tiger Plumbing. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, professional, and responsive. The plumber arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed efficiently, with no mess left behind. I appreciated their honesty, fair pricing, and attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
For the service 4 stars, prompt, on time, a bit long time for the shopping missing part - but that's OK. Repair 3/4" water line took 2 h - still, I couldn't do it myself. But the bill catch me off guard! $454! $99 service fee (plumber to arrive in shop/car) and $303 to exchange a connection 3/4". Plus of course tax on the top. I was shocked! I had before someone from the local company for repair water faucet, making a connection, new faucet and extra ceiling connection for future and I paid less then $200. It was a company, legal invoice and 1 year guarantee as Tiger offers as well. For the price: 0 stars! Overpriced! One time experience.
