Today I organize my Daughter Prabina 10th Birthday celebration Party at Zone Bowling Joondalup. Party was great success all parents Kids were happy and the host explain everything what is happening and for how long. My Party host for today was Tiana who were very polite and I would recommend if any one needs host is Tiana n in future if I would ever do a party again will be Tiana as my kids host. Everything went on time and as plan. Great place for kids to enjoy and have their own kitchen for food, drinks and coffee. Hope to see you again and in future.
My younger sister decided to throw me a 45th birthday party for some nostalgic fun. We had a party of 6 BIG kids (aka adults) and 4 REAL kids. Our host was the lovely Sienna who made us right at home the moment she introduced herself despite the unusual birthday party. She explained clearly how the party would flow and took our orders for lunch correctly and efficiently. When it was our 45 minutes arcade play time, she even offered to keep an eye on the two younger kids so that us adults can play too although the venue was small and safe enough that we felt comfortable allowing our primary school aged kids to roam around freely. Laser tag was a fun new experience for many of us BIG kids though for some reason it felt like the computer system did not register the players correctly as in some of our names didn't appear on the final scoreboard in the end. No sweat for us as we didn't really care either way. Sienna truly went above and beyond in her customer service. She was happy for the three smallest children to do the power tickets grab in lieu of the old birthday girl me. Little details like this makes all the difference to the overall experience. She also understood the adults didn't really care to exchange their 400 power tickets for lollies and was happy to combine our balances together to allow the children to get what they wanted. Lunch with choices of hot dog, nuggets, spring rolls or vege wrap all served with chips was filling and yummy even for big kids. Choices of 4 jugs of soft drinks/juices and refillable was also generous for the party package for 10. As there were no more parties after us, Sienna kindly allowed us to stay longer in the party room to chit chat. She really was the perfect host and truly sold us the idea that a Timezone birthday party is easy, well priced and fun for even BIG kids. Will highly recommend.
Had our son's 7th birthday party and it was exactly as we expected. Easy, no fuss and full of fun for the kids! Our party host, Dempsey was exceptional! Her calm and patience resonated well with the kids, and kept the party moving and on schedule, as well as keeping the kids entertained! Would definitely recommend for a kids birthday party!
Carol and Taylah lead an amazing team of staff that provide incredible service whether you're bowling, playing video games, laser tagging, driving on the bumper cars or having a bite to eat. Such a fun place to go with lots to do for everyone. Head down and have yourself a bunch of fun. And if you're keen, they have even have some amazing prizes too, so save up some tickets and grab something special! 🏆🎁
Timezone & Zone Bowling Joondalup is an awesome place for kids and adults. The combination of bowling, Timezone and laser tag provides heaps of options. Amazing place for kids birthdays. Food is basic and aimed at easy kids’ food. Parking gets crowded but you can always find a spot. Helpful young staff. Different packages available to pre-purchase, or just pay individually on the day. Easy booking online.
