I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom. I came in with a nail in my tire and they took me in really quickly. The service was super efficient they fixed my tire and had me in and out with no issues. I was helped by Devaughntae, who was very kind and friendly and made sure I was okay throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly and I really appreciated how fast and easy it was. I definitely recommend coming here if you want efficient, quality work.
Was in and out in less than an hour. Cody was the mechanic that looked at my car and he was honest, informative, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Got a complimentary tire rotation out of it too. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!
I had a huge nail/bolt in my tire after work last week and was losing air. my husband started calling places close to the house to get it fixed as we were concerned it wouldn’t last the night but no one could be bothered to help us. It was close to closing time when we called Tire Kingdom and Devaughntae was the absolute best! He said to come right over and he was able to patch the tire for me. He was such a blessing and so incredibly kind and polite. We are so grateful. Great experience!!!!
I got my oil changed here and forgot to change a light. I came back and they were able to do it right away. No problem no charge. They really made my day great place. Wonderful people will be coming back here again. Cody is wonderful with customer service! !!!
By far the best experience I’ve ever had getting work done on my car! I came in worried about what my car might need, but the staff at Tire Kingdom were fantastic and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was honest, kind, efficient, and thorough. The technician who handled my car (Alex- wearing a ball cap and glasses) was especially kind and worked quickly while keeping me informed. You can tell the entire team works hard, pays attention to detail, and truly look out for their customers. They deserve more recognition—and better pay—for everything they do behind the scenes. For once, a trip to the mechanic wasn’t a stressful one. Thank you, Tire Kingdom! Update: Returned again for an oil change and the service was still impeccable. Service was fast, and all staff and mechanics were polite and updated me accordingly on the progress of my vehicle. This location is really starting to become my go-to spot for my car needs.
