Aaron and team at the Stephanie location are always great! Honest and fair and very transparent. Used their services multiple times from tires to engine issues and they fixed them all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them!
This place is great! Aaron the manager is wonderful and I definitely will be making this my go to for maintenance on my truck. They are accommodating and helpful. The gentleman that serviced my car and did my tire change was friendly and they respect your vehicle! It done not come back with moved seats or dirty.
Great customer service. Half the expenses of other tire shops. Quick service and customer turnover rate. Couldn’t be happier with the care, my tires, or the experience. Will be back with my other 2 vehicles for new tires. You better believe it.
The manager Aaron and Jay were absolutely so nice they helped us out today with my sons bike and he was so happy to have air in his tires again it made his day they have been low for a while we really appreciate 10/10 service safe, you're in the area Come see Aaron and Jay they will treat you like family
I was quoted over the phone for a Continental Procontact RX Conti-Silent for my 2025 Tesla Model Y, I was very specific on the original phone call, even to the point I offered to send a photo of the correct tire, which I uploaded in this review. The repair was for a flat, due to a screw in the tire, as per picture. After the work was done and returning home I noticed they had used the incorrect tire. I called back on the same day, to correct this mistake and they said they would order the correct tire the next day.. The next day I turned up after getting a call saying the tire has arrived. When arriving I was met with an increase cost and a argument from the store clerk, apparently it was my mistake for them ordering the first tire. The store clerk said I made the mistake when ordering, but I stated I was extremely clear about the part I needed as to match all three other tires. I asked them to go through the call recording if available to listen to what I had ordered, they would not. After they argued with me regarding this, eventually they replaced the tire with the correct tire. After replacing the tire, I drove up the road and was hearing a noise from the vehicle. I went back to the shop and they said it might be the tire sensor, they inspected the tire, I was told the work was done correctly. They also didn't use the correct puck attachment for the jack after I specified it needed it as a Tesla to prevent damage to the battery and undercarriage when lifting the vehicle. It would have been ok if they had admitted to their mistake in the first place, when I turned up the second day, but instead I was called a liar and treated like a criminal. If I could go back in time I would have waited for my tesla appointment, instead of going through all this. This was by far the worst experience of going to any repair shop thus far. I will be getting my vehicle inspected by tesla to confirm the work was done correctly. At the end the store clerk agreed to replace the tire for no extra cost, but why did I need to go through this?
