I was turned away for a blown trailer tire at 5:30 p.m. . I had called ahead and made sure they had what I needed and was assured it was indeed in-stock. On my arrival I could see all the bays were just clearing out and they were just starting to clean up for the day. The guy behind the counter insisted that nobody could help me. I explained that I couldn't even change my spare do to a shoulder surgery. He said come back tomorrow. I didn't like pulling my camper 2 blocks on 3 tires. Now I had to pull it across town to get home. I left and will never be back. I also needed tires for my excursion. I would have done that the next day. That 2700 dollars went to a competitor. Horrible service!
Very nice and honest people! Our brakes were squealing and grinding as we drove in from out of town. They took us in immediately and inspected everything for free. Everything was fine besides some heat marks on the rotors, which they could've easily convinced us that we needed to replace them via the noises we heard. Thank you again
Got my brakes changed and break fluid flushed. 6 days later the back driver side rim was super hot and smelled like burning rubber. I took my vehicle back to get it checked. The people were very professional and friendly. Got the issue fixed quickly with no extra charge and didn’t try to upsell me something I didn’t need. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for auto repairs.
After I previously took my car to the dealership for an inspection, they told me that the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced because the brake pad thickness was only 3mm. Since the price they quoted was very expensive, I decided to take my car to Tire World instead. Later, Manager Stephanie called me and explained that after a careful inspection by their technician, the brake pads were actually 7mm thick, and there was no need to replace either the brake pads or the rotors. She told me that only an oil change and tire alignment were needed. Because of this honest assessment, I saved over $1,000. I am truly grateful to Manager Stephanie. I don’t know much about cars, and they could have easily charged me for unnecessary repairs—but they didn’t. Instead, they were honest and told me that replacements were not needed at all. I have unfortunately been taken advantage of by auto repair shops several times in the past, so I am especially thankful to have found Tire World and Manager Stephanie. They run their business with integrity and honesty, which is rare to find. From now on, I will bring my car here for service, and I will definitely recommend Tire World to my friends.
A rare customer service experience! Stephanie is a customer service tiger. She worked tirelessly *pun intended* to help select the proper winter tire for my needs. Then was able to meet my tight schedule on the timing of installation. The entire experience of selection, installation and follow up was 5 star.
