I truly enjoyed my experience at Tire South Howell Mill. I got a huge bolt in my tire and no one had my size tire in stock which meant I would have been SOL for the holiday. Not only did get my tire, they also installed it all at an affordable price. Typically, I don’t like dealing with mechanics due to horrible past experiences. However, their care for my situation and urgency to resolve it meant the world to me. Danny was patient, kind, and informative. Robert who usually doesn’t work in that location was funny, efficient, and thorough.They both made my experience quick and comfortable. Tire South has a new customer for life. Not just for the quality but also for the camaraderie. I’ll be back in February to get maintenance and a new set of tires.
I came into Tire South a little grumpy today, thinking that I would need a tire plugged. Akeen saw it all over my face and immediately expressed concern. He had a friendly spirit and infectious smile, and assured me he’d take care of me. I didn’t wait at all, he took my keys and immediately took my car into the bay. I settled into the lobby chair, prepared to wait for at least 30 mins or longer. Less than 5 minutes later, Akeen came back and handed me my keys. Said my tire was fine, the leak was coming from the valve stem. They replaced it at no charge to me, filled my tire back up, and sent me on my merry way! It says a lot for their service level and integrity, as they could have told me anything and charged me, but they took care of me (as promised) for FREE! They’ve definitely gained a repeat customer today, and I will refer friends and family as well. Thanks, Akeen!
Highly professional and highly recommended, I will definitely continue to visit them while I can. I can go to any tire shop or establishment, but I always choose this particular one because of the professionalism and friendly customer service. They also call back and follow up. They are stand-up guys.

From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honest — a true professional who genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely and efficiently. He took the time to explain my options clearly, didn’t push unnecessary services, and made sure I understood every part of the process. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a high level of courtesy and integrity. Came here to check my tires. Was told 5-10 minutes and they should be able to tell me what’s wrong. It’s been 45 minutes and they helped the 6th customer who came after me ( none of them except one had appointments) and I’m still being ignored. I’m about to ask for my keys back, unfortunately I cannot get my time back. Update: after 45 minutes they finally looked at my car and told me my two front tires are flat. They said we can replace them in under 15 minutes for you. ANOTHER 45 minutes later they said they don’t have the tires and they are in the way, should take less than 10 minutes. I just gave up after all this wait and said okay, only then for them to call and see if the other store has tires. Complete disrespect for customers and Now after 90 minutes I truly hope they are honest about the 10 minute promise. Worst decision of my life to come to this store 2nd update: SCAMMERS!!! After 2 hrs and serving 11 customers that came after me( only 2 had appointments). They finally gave me my car. The problem here is that the tires are different sizes. If I hadn’t checked myself they would’ve let me believe I got the tires. Please please please check their work after them. DO NOT GET SCAMMMED BY THEM. When I called them out they did say they will get the right tire and when it comes they will install it for free, so I guess I should be thankful for them for covering up their own mistakes and scam. Check photos for proof. Oh and the final scam, they added the road Hazard warranty which I didn’t agree to.
