Definition of a mom and pop store that is unfortunately hard to find these days. These guys were friendly, helpful. I had a fender pushed back from hitting the deer and the door wouldn’t open. I drove up, asked them about repairing it. Within minutes, a repair guy was out with a bodywork spoon bending my Fender away from the door, solving the problem and wouldn’t even take money. Friendly, hard-working and should be the first place you go.
Fixed a large cosmetic scratch on my SUV. They did a great job at a competitive price and faster than any other shop quoted me. It looked like new. Zero complaints.
Keith at Toby's was very helpful, most body shops here In spokane are 2-3 months out untill they can get the work done. So I decided to fix it myself. Keith was able to get my parts at least painted for me in time and get me back on the road in little time. I know as well, that with out a blend it would be a little hard to get a perfect color match. But dang did they nail it with me just leaving a sample and my paint code. I'll take a color match that's 99.9% almost identical. Was shocked at how well it looked. Thanks again tobys!
It's no wonder that Toby's has been serving Spokane since 1945. As a new resident, I chose Toby's because I figured that they must have proved something over the last 75 years -- and I was not disappointed. From the initial estimate to picking up my repaired Subaru, the folks at Toby's were friendly, great communicators, and easy to work with. Their body work was superb, A+, 10/10, like it never even happened. In terms of payment, Toby's worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Additionally, I wasn't pressured to write a review, which I really appreciated. The Subaru was returned to me in tip-top shape with a card thanking me for my business. I give Toby's my highest recommendation.
