Tokyo is run by a lovely elderly couple which already made the experience feel special. I found this place on Google Maps while searching for authentic Japanese sushi and I’m glad it was recommended. I ordered the sushi platter along with the chicken lo mein. The sushi platter came with a salad and miso soup. I usually don’t care for miso soup because it often tastes watered down but this was easily some of the best miso soup I’ve had in a long time full of flavor. The sushi itself was amazing. Everything was made fresh and right on the spot nothing felt pre made. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. I will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for fresh, authentic sushi, don’t hesitate to give this place a try.
This is our family’s go-to for hibachi!! Our 4 year old son says it’s “incredible.” Homemade Ginger Dressing is always on point. Steak is cooked to perfection. Service is amazing. They even taught our son to use chopsticks tonight during our visit. Do yourself a favor and go check them out!
It was better than any other hibachi that we've ever been to. Family friendly and friendly owners. Excellent meat and vegetables!
Wonderful service from this family run Japanese cuisine restaurant!! The place was packed and our food was picture perfect (LOL!) & DELICIOUS. The Edamame was salted & steaming! Both the Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura outstanding appetizers, with light crisp batter. The Shrimp Fried Rice, perfectly prepared. And the regular Sashimi was fresh & tasty as was my Alexandria Roll! PERFECT MEAL! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😋
We ordered the Sashimi platter, geisha roll and steak and shrimp hibachi. Everything was absolutely delicious. The rolls were melt in your mouth. The staff (and owners?) were very attentive. The place, albeit tiny, is cozy and just screams family owned. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for high quality typical Japanese fare.
