Love these people, they never disappoint. Did an amazing job with my car repair and in due time too. However I wish someone did something about that stupid gray cat and brown mouse running around the building every time I go inside 🫨
I would highly recommend Tom and Jerry’s Auto Services! My car wouldn’t start even after trying to jump it, so I had to have it towed here. It turned out the fuel pump was broken and needed to be replaced. Everyone there was incredibly nice, friendly, and patient. They finished the fuel pump replacement and oil change in just two days, which was super quick! They also gave me a helpful tip — never drive with an empty tank, even though it still has some gas in it. The service was great, the price was reasonable, and they did an awesome job repairing my car. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need help again.
Jerry came and gave me a ride when I couldn’t get there to pick it up before the weekend. He is a great guy and made my day. Their service is always quick and they are very fair with their prices and aren’t ever trying to push extra services or charges and in fact have gone out of their way to save money.

I came across Tom and Jerry’s Auto online and gave them a call. Within ten minutes, they had already towed his car and brought it into their shop — truly incredible response time. Even though we weren’t there in person, they treated the situation with care and professionalism. Within two days, the car was not only diagnosed but fully repaired and ready to go. They gave us a clear and detailed explanation of what was wrong, which helped ease our concerns as parents trying to manage a car issue from two hours away. It was a real blessing to find a trustworthy and efficient auto repair shop in Columbus, especially when we couldn’t be there ourselves. We’re so grateful for their honesty, speed, and excellent communication. Highly recommend!
Dropped my car off on a Thursday to be checked out and they said they’d call me back with a quote for services within 1-2 days. It took until next Wednesday for them to finally call me back with a diagnosis and even then it took another 2 days to allow me to come pick my car up. I ended up declining service so I can’t speak to their capability of working on cars, but I will say they told me it was going to be $350 just for checking out my car (without taking anything apart). Thankfully the woman at the counter ended up only charging $170 so maybe there was some miscommunication. Either way, if you want quick service I’d recommend avoiding this location as the parking lot is always full of project they have going on.
