Craig was super helpful with the repairs to my car. Awesome advice, clear timeframes, work was done quicker than expected. I didn’t have a bad interaction with any of the staff. No complaints, all good.
I highly recommend Tony Farrugia Bodyworks. This is the second time I have used them to repair a vehicle. They are attentive, courteous and communicate clearly and politely. The quality of their work is reflected in all the staff from the front desk to the bodyworks. The car was washed and spotlessly clean after the repair. It's reassuring when you look after your car to hand it over to people who also care about your car. They finished several days before the promised finish date. Bonus.
I was advised by Audi Centre Canberra to take my wife's new Q5 sportsback to Tony Farrugia to see about having some minor scratches on the hatchback lip repaired. I arrived without an appointment and the wonderful ladies at the front desk explained the wait times etc. and also asked Craig (Pritchard🤔) to come and have a look to assess the level of work required. Craig took one look at the car and said that he could buff the scratches out on the spot. Craig spent the best part of 30 minutes working on the scratches and after he was done you would have never known it was scratched. No appointment, no need to come back and when I asked what I owed him he said nothing and Merry Christmas! Amazing customer service and I can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks Craig! Outstanding service by Craig and the whole team at Tony Farrugia Body works. Excellent communication from the admin team, courteous and friendly behaviour from the gentleman that drove me to my hire car location and professional and quality work on my car repair! The works, although minor, were completed in less than 2 days and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
