Excellent. James and his people provide the ultimate service. I have had my car repaired twice on different occasions and have been very satisfied and impressed by the professionalism. The workmanship is faultless.
A few occasions that this repairer repeated and I am sure they are doing this purposely. 1-My car was hit by another car, and the insurance sent me to them. Although they took all the pics needed for repair, they haven't reported all the repair work needed to insurance. I am sure, if they had reported, the car would have been considered repairable-written off as the cost was more than the actual car price. 2- On the car's dashboard, a warning light had come on, when I went to pick up my car. I asked them to fix it. First, they said its auto-electrician work and take the car to an electrician and talk to the insurer. As soon as I spoke with the insurer the insurer said took it back to this mechanic. I called back to this repairer, they said we are not sure if its due accident or not, so you have to take it to electrician on your own cost etc,,, so they were acting on behalf of the insurance. 3- I repaired a car Nissan Pathfinder, with them. the car has still shakiness while driving, despite several time took the car back to them and they suggested change the tyres I did but nothing changed. A very bad and ugly experience with this repairer.
