I cannot understate how wonderful Tara and her assistant are. I contacted her mid-week, explained my situation, and they were able to come a couple of days later. Tara is understanding, incredibly kind, and professional. After several loved ones passed in close succession, I found myself struggling to manage with cleaning and housekeeping with all that was going on -- Tara, wonderful person that she is, came to my home, assessed the situation, and executed a miracle. The work she did was truly above and beyond; I feel like I have a home again. She checked-in with me throughout her time in my home and again at the end of the day when I was returning. Upon entering, I immediately started crying. This was completely life-changing for me and I am extremely grateful to have and continue to work with Tara.
Great communication, affordable rates and most importantly top notch quality of work. I had a move out cleaning done with Tara and Mikaela and I am really impressed with their work. Highly recommended.
Tara was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, punctual, and transparent throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, and it was great dealing directly with her as the owner. She completed a move-out cleaning, and the place was spotless. I would definitely use her services again.
Tara and Mickayla attended today, on time and were extremely friendly and respectful. They did an absolute fantastic job of cleaning our home and we couldn’t ask for anything more. They are detailed, quick, and efficient. We would absolutely have them back and recommend them to others.
I am so pleased with the move-out clean from Top Hat! Tara was such a warm, personable person to coordinate with. Being so detail-oriented and thoughtful about their work - the place ended up looking spectacular, and it was a big task! 10/10 recommend their services. I wish I had found them years ago!!
