We had an incredible experience at Topgolf San Jose while celebrating our Christmas party with my team a couple of weeks ago. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the atmosphere to the service. A special thank you to Swasti, who truly made the experience exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure our entire team was taken care of, checking in on us regularly and making sure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude made us feel welcomed and valued the entire time. Because of her outstanding service, we were able to relax, enjoy the games, food, and great company without any stress. This was hands down one of the best team celebrations we’ve had.
Yesterday Saturday December 6th, we celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday with her five friends at Topgolf from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. This was intended to be a fun and memorable experience; however, it unfortunately turned into a disappointing one. Our reservation time was 5:45 PM, and we received a text directing us to Bay 114. We had requested a second- or third-floor bay, as the children prefer those levels. We were informed that availability on those floors would require waiting until approximately 6:30 PM, which would have shortened our reserved time. We therefore agreed to proceed with a first-floor bay if needed. After waiting around 15 minutes, we were reassigned to a second-floor bay (Bay 240) at approximately 6:00 PM. We began playing around 6:10 PM, at which point the system displayed only 96 minutes of remaining time instead of the full 120 minutes we had booked. We immediately brought this to the attention of the manager, who assured us the issue would be corrected. One of the staff members attempted to fix the problem by adding 30 minutes; however, the system repeatedly malfunctioned. Scores disappeared, the game paused multiple times, and play was constantly interrupted. Despite several attempts by both staff and management to resolve the issue and extend our time, the disruptions continued. Ultimately, we paid approximately $120 for less than 90 minutes of interrupted play. The experience was frustrating, and my daughter and her friends were so disappointed that they chose to leave before the session ended.
We visited Topgolf San Jose with a reservation, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Our bay was ready on time, and appointments were well respected. The venue is clean, vibrant, and filled with people enjoying the game. The staff was polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The food was delicious and perfectly complemented the fun atmosphere while playing. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this great hangout spot and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable outing.
We love this place. We are being treated by my wife’s cousin and her husband so we did not spend any money. 2nd time we went to this one and the first time we were in the first floor. I recommend reserving the top like this awesome couple did for us. We had a blast playing up there. The food, service, facility and the atmosphere is great. If you don’t mind spending some of your xtra cash for your family, this place is awesome.👍👌
This place is phenomenal you will have such a fun time in the shade in the comfort of your reserved spot amongst other players who are having just as much as fun as you are!! the vibe by this amazing and I absolutely am having such a fun time with my family. It's a great spot if you want to have a weekend out chill/ laid back environment and everyone who works here is very sweet. If you've never been here you got to give it a chance. Come visit topgolf in San Jose
