We woke up to some issues with our furnace. We made one call to Total Comfort Heating and Cooling, and our technician, Ben Thao was there in no time. You can quickly tell that Ben is very knowledgeable in his field, and had our furnace diagnosed and fixed within an hour. We are blown away by the awesome customer service and will only call Total Comfort from now on! Thank you from Jake and Sarah!!
Scott Koshiol did an absolutely outstanding job installing my new furnace, and the experience from start to finish could not have been more positive. His professionalism and calm, confident manner immediately put me at ease and gave me complete trust that the work was being done right. The Total Comfort crew arrived with enthusiasm to install my new furnace today. They were very professional, meticulous and gave attention to detail. They answered all the questions I had for them and did an excellent job! They even cleaned up 100%! I would recommend them highly .
I just had a fantastic experience with Total Comfort Heating & Cooling!! I was able to bundle a new boiler with ac splits for a very reasonable price (I gathered 4 quotes). Austin Pysick was an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient Comfort Advisor. (I ask a lot of questions.) My priorities are self education & communication style. Out of 4 quotes, Austin heard me loud & clear, his follow through was PERFECTION. The 2 teams worked at my house for 2 days straight. Keith, Isaac, Randy, Jake, and several others (sorry I can't remember everyone!) were on time, curteous, cleaned up, and walked me through all the new equipment. I highly recommend the TC team!!
This is the way all companies should operate. From our initial meeting with Andy to the finished heat pump installation we could not have asked for more. A special thank you to Scott and his crew for their professionalism and keeping us informed as things progressed. Scott went above and beyond to work with our old system to make it compatible with the new. Hats off and we are now living in Total Comfort!
