Great company, great people, who went up and beyond helping me with an absolute nightmare rodent problem. They came promptly, assessed the situation and although it was fairly complicated to solve, they were there with me all the way through to the end and at a great price as well. We were horrified with the pest problem we had. After my call they were at the house within hours and treated it like an emergency. Sourced, solution put in place within an hour of their arrival, resolved within days. Very knowledgeable people, and really nice and understanding too.
Had another rodent problem in our cellar for the second winter in a row. I contacted Total Pest Control this year and they came over quickly to assess, found the cause of the problem and after a few visits the problem has been sorted. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I'll be using them in the future and definitely recommend.
Kate and Dave came to our rescue when we heard sounds that suggested some livestock in the loft. They came very promptly and thoroughly investigated the situation and were very reassuring, suggesting keeping an eye on certain things and calling them if needed. I reported back today that all seemed well. Their offer of calling them back still stands, which is highly reassuring. Very impressive service from a company that one cannot fault at all. Thank you!
I recently found green bottle flies in my attic and called them. They came right away and were extremely reliable, kind and honest from the start. They set up traps to make sure there wasn’t another type of infestation causing the problem, and after checking twice more, they confirmed there was no underlying issue; it was likely a bird that had got trapped and attracted the flies. They then treated the area to eliminate the remaining flies and installed screens so nothing could get in again. Their service was very professional, thorough, and trustworthy. I really appreciate their great work and would highly recommend them.
