Less than impressed, I was looking for a specific bottle called ahead. The associate ensured me they had 9 bottles at there store. I headed down to purchase one o two if they would let me. Asked for help from another associate who then informed me it was in a specific location. Soon the manager arrived to inform me that that particular bottle was on a lottery basis only. I could tell he was judging my appearance the whole time trying to appear as a gate keeper to some privladged bottle collection. Over a $100 bottle realy, and refused to sell because of this self promotion as a brand. I understand one bad egg can spoil the bunch, but I will not recommend this place any more and do not plan on returning any day soon. The reasoning for the two star rating is strictly so the agrythem doset filter out the comment. Sencerly Disappointed.

The service here is rude and unfriendly. I host a lot of get-togethers for friends at my house, so I shop at this location frequently, and I spend a good amount of money here. It's hard for me to continue shopping here, as the service is so bad. The employees here are very unfriendly, and this includes the managers, not just the cashiers and other employees. They are often unfriendly to the point of being aggressive. I've mentioned this to the overworked and cranky managers, but nothing ever changes. I sometimes shop at the Total Wine in Centennial, and the service there is like night and day, in comparison to this location. At the Centennial store, everyone is SO nice and helpful. As I walk through the store, and pass five people, all of them ask if they can help me. At the Colorado and Evans store, if I walk past five people, all five people ignore me. If I ask some one to help me, they give me the minimum of friendliness and customer service. There are some exceptions, but people like Cade and Nathan are bitter and hostile and angry and unhelpful. The Centennial location is like another company completely. It's like a different country. The employees are so nice and helpful and happy. At this location, everyone hates their job, hates customers, hates helping anyone. The shelves are often lacking what I need. It seems as if, in trying to have so many niche products, the big sellers get less shelf space. If you need three things from this store, they are out of one of them. If you need five things, they are out of two of them. If you need more than five things, you'll likely need to go to two liquor stores to get everything you need. Don't ask anyone to help with this, they will roll their eyes and treat you like an inconvenience.
This total wines has a great wine selection with the best prices on wine a liquor. They have a very good selection of beers but not always the lowest prices. The wine recommendations can be hit or miss. They will most of the time steer you in the correct direction of what you are looking for. But tastes vary. The person helping you may have different tastes than you do his recommendations may not help. They have a great return policy. Didn't like it, bring it back. I did return something once. It was very painless.
