Great selection of wine, scotch, bourbon and cigars. Especially great srlection of Japanese whiskey.
Love this Total Wine but I think someone needs to talk to some of their employees about customer service. My boyfriend and I came in on Thanksgiving and we had a totally great experience looking for what we needed. However when we went to line up to check out, I watched the younger brunette who was cashiering literally shove a receipt into the guy in front of us face and give him the most condescending and rude responses/service, from what I saw he was being polite and was trying to joke with her. I brushed it off as maybe he was being “too friendly” and she wasn’t interested and was uncomfortable, however when we were next and she started checking us out, she gave us the same experience. Dirty looks, condescending/rude tone, and acted like we were being a pain when all we were trying to do was check out (with a smaller order might I add). I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location, however I think employees need to be addressed on how to treat customers, especially when they’re cashiering. This behavior experienced was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.
Went here with some friends after our shift a week or two ago — fast forward 2/3 of us ended up not having our IDs no big deal, understandable that’s policy. Come to find out the lady that denied us felt the need to tell other coworkers of mine, who happen to also be my friends that some “underage girls from “same company name” came in on their break and she felt guilty for denying us”. It just happened that we were all in uniform as this was different days. For 1 we were not underage and it was 2pm — our shift was over. Very unprofessional and out of line cashier - I’ve been here a handful of times with a positive experience. Unfortunately the only reason I’ll go here now is because of convince. The team on the floor helping out was amazing, they are the reason it’s 3/5 and not 1/5. Very attentive and didn’t give up helping us find what we were looking for.
This place is like a Disneyland for adults.. they have an incredible inventory of all types of spirits, wines and beer. Definitely the best place to get your classic drink of choice, or if youre feeling adventurous their Staff has always been extremely helpful.
This store is amazing! I felt like a kid in a candy store, my excitement was hard to contain. You name it, they have it! My first visit was on a Sunday afternoon and they had free liquor and wine tastings. Score! Lol! I tasted a couple of magnificent tequilas. The helpful store staff serving the tequila tastings recommended my new choice of tequila at half the price. Visit this store, I guarantee you’ll love everything about it!!!
