Always has everything and more! Delivery options are convenient as well eventhough I have never used that. I really enjoy making the drive from Brickell to explore!
Great place to shop for wine and beers. Huge selection and friendly and helpful people working there when you approach them and ask for help.
Rude and unprofessional. I went to buy wines and magnums of Champagne for a party. No one helped us, and when we asked how many people a magnum can serve, the only answer we received was, "It depends on the glass," with no guidance whatsoever. When we pointed out that we hadn't received any assistance, a woman, whom we hadn't even asked, intervened in an authoritative and rude manner, saying, "WE ARE helping you!" And finally, she even told us, "Go home." It’s completely unacceptable (and terrible for business) to tell a customer: “Go home! A real shame, because we were ready to purchase several wines and Champagnes for our event. Truly rude and unprofessional.
On September 20th, today earlier, i had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered — and it came from the store *manager*, which is even more shocking. I was about to make a \$1,500 purchase, and a very professional and helpful salesperson had offered me a discount. When the manager was called over to validate it, she completely lost control. She rudely and aggressively humiliated the employee in front of me and other customers, saying things like: *“Who told you to give 15% off? No discount!”* Not only was her behavior completely disrespectful to her own team, but also to me as a customer. She was rude, unprofessional, emotionally unbalanced, and showed no ability to handle a situation with even minimal courtesy or leadership. A store manager should set the tone for the team — but what I witnessed today was unacceptable, and frankly, disturbing. If this is how Total Wine trains or tolerates its leadership, I will absolutely reconsider shopping here again. I strongly urge the company to take a serious look at the management in this location.
Very nice staff and I love to tequila tasting. They have a locally own tequila distilled in Jalisco Mexico that taste so good I can't even take it. I'm hooked and it has no additives wow! Yay! Billy's tequila.
