This is an amazing team who is willing to go above and beyond for their clients. I've had the opportunity to work with both Evan and Kyle and I gotta say, they develop amazing workouts that make the time fly by. Kyle's flexibility to my schedule has been a blessing as I may need to switch a session at the last minute and Kyle is able to reconfigure his week to squeeze me in. All in all, a great experience!
I've had several personal trainers over the last 20 years and know the difference between a great trainer and a lazy trainer. When I moved to Dallas in September, my first priority was finding a new trainer even before finding a place to live. I interviewed several trainers before selecting Tough Fitness. Over the last 4 months, I've had the pleasure of working out with a few of the Tough Fitness trainers. While they are all different and have their own style, I can tell you they were all amazing trainers. They are going to make sure that you are getting a great workout that helps you achieve your personal goals and that you are doing so safely. During the workout, they are focused on you. They are tweaking your form and motivating you to do more than you think you are capable of doing. The trainers know when to push you and when to back off because they know what your body can do even if your mind doesn't. I HATE working out which is why I pay someone to push me. So while I may hate every workout, I can tell you that I feel good and have a sense of accomplish after my Tough Fitness workouts. If you want to be challenged to get into the best shape of your life then I would recommend Tough Fitness.
I’ve been training at Tough Fitness with Travis for a little over a month and a half now. In that time I’ve lost 15 pounds and can tell I’ve gotten way stronger. I’ve had trainers before where every time i came in, we’d be doing the exact same workouts. With Travis, every single time I’ve worked out with him we have never done the same workout. He is always prepared and switching it up. I’m very grateful to Travis and Evan for getting me set up and in way better shape! I highly recommend Tough Fitness to reach your goals.
I joined Tough Fitness 2 years ago and haven't looked back since! I've had great results primarily due to Evan consistently pushing and motivating me. His workouts are always different, so I never get bored. I also enjoy the teammates I workout with. For someone who never really enjoyed going to the gym, I now very much look forward to these 3hrs every week! Thanks Evan!
