After a two year hiatus I thought I'd give them another try. They have expanded quite a bit and the staff is great! Always make the right suggestion and aren't pushy. Very fair on trades and working with you on a price. Great selection of pedals too.
At 21 having never played an instrument, I wanted to pick up guitar and Nick's been great! I had absolutely no knowledge coming in and he's been incredibly patient. Even outside lessons, he's been super helpful and communicative in helping me pick out a guitar and answer any other questions. I'd highly recommend him!
He was actually a bit cheaper than the others I looked into. I took lessons when I lived in the East Bay, but I'm a definite beginner. After only a handful of lessons with Mike I feel like I'm improved drastically, and am getting to learn my favorite songs.
I hadn't played guitar since I was 13 years old and now at the ripe old age of 43, I decided I would make time to invest in myself and find a teacher. I was a little hesitant at first thinking I would struggle too much, get frustrated, and quit. Fortunately, I discovered Taylor. As other Yelp reviews will tell you, he really is the best. I've surprised myself at how much I've learned in just four months. Taylor's teaching method and style ranks up there with some of the best professors I had while in business school. I appreciate his organized approach that builds on past lessons. He presents new concepts in easy to digest pieces. I never feel overwhelmed and when I get stuck with a concept, he finds other ways to explain. FInally, there is no time wasted during lessons. You are learning from the moment you get there. You really get your money's worth.
Superb! My grandson's guitar skills have significantly improved since he started taking lessons with Mr. Joe from Taylor Robinson Lessons. Joe is a knowledgeable and supportive instructor who always encourages my grandson to try new things.
