I've been training with Julia for a few months now, and I'm loving it. Julia does an excellent job challenging me, and I'm much stronger than when I started. The studio is small, but well equipped, and everyone has been extremely welcoming. I'd highly recommend T&N to anyone looking to get stronger who wants personal attention or feels intimidated by big gyms.
As a woman navigating perimenopause, the group classes at T&N are exactly what I’ve been looking for. They’re efficient, judgment-free, and there’s often a cute puppy in attendance. Gia’s morning classes are fantastic—she offers clear options to modify or level up and checks in with each student to ensure exercises are done safely and correctly. It’s on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it.
I receive personal training with Julia at T&N Passyunk Ave. She has been an incredible support in my journey to get back in shape. She is attentive, encouraging, and always mindful of my comfort level. Julia thoughtfully adjusts workouts to accommodate areas where I experience pain, which makes a huge difference. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring personal trainer
I am new to working out and Gia has been incredibly helpful. I needed to start taking better care of myself and have always hated working out but coming here has been great. I love how it is small and women only so I feel comfortable. The personal training has been going well and I look forward to taking group classes eventually as well.
Training with Olivia has made me physically and mentally stronger! I was struggling with motivation and she puts together the perfect workouts every time. The circuit classes are also challenging and fun full body workouts, the trainers always help make sure you're in the right posture to avoid injury which has held me back at other gyms. I have much more confidence and energy, the workouts are designed in a way where they are never unmanageable and always a fun challenge. I've found Train & Nourish to always be clean and friendly, and a lovely place for women to learn and grow their health goals. So glad they opened on Passyunk. I'm really proud of my progress and am excited to keep going.
